Exchanges
If the size is wrong, we will exchange it within 30 days of delivery. The tee needs to be unworn and unwashed with the tag on. Email kurt@ateotd.net with your order number and the size you want instead, and we will send a return label.
We cover return shipping on exchanges. Getting you into the right size matters more to us than the postage. [DECIDE: you are charging for outbound shipping now, so absorbing return shipping is a deliberate asymmetry. My read is keep it. An exchange is a customer who already bought and wants to stay, and roughly $9.50 to keep them is cheap. Revisit if exchanges get frequent.]
Sizing before you order
The Comfort Colors 1717 runs boxy and true to size, and it shrinks slightly in length on the first hot wash. For reference, at 6'6" the standard length runs a touch short. If you are tall, size up for the extra length.
Defects
If the print is off or the garment came through with a flaw, that is on us. Send a photo to kurt@ateotd.net and we will replace it. No return needed.
Change of mind
Because every tee is printed to order, we cannot restock a shirt that was made specifically for you. If you have not received it yet and want to cancel, email within 24 hours and we will stop it before it goes to production.
